Deals this week: Deinove, Tula, and L’Oréal

Deinove and Greentech have announced a partnership to develop new active ingredients for skincare products.

Deinove is a bio-tech company based in France, while Greentech is a developer of active ingredients for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors.

The companies plan to launch their first co-developed product by the end of next year.

Tula has received a growth capital investment from L Catterton, a private equity firm also based in the US.

Tula will use the funds for marketing, working capital, and product development activities.

L'Oréal has chosen Domo to optimise the performance of its digital campaigns across multiple social and online platforms.

Domo is a US-based software company that provides business intelligence and data visualisation services, whereas L'Oréal is a cosmetics company based in France.
