M&As this week: Skin Elements and Active Capital Company

Skin Elements has announced an acquisition of therapeutic and cosmetic skincare products provider McArthur Skincare for $1m.

The acquisition will enable manufacturer Skin Elements to expand its therapeutic skincare products range.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in Australia.

Active Capital Company has completed the acquisition of Codi International from Value Enhancement Partners.

Codi International is a wet wipes manufacturer.

All the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the Netherlands.
