Deals this week: Guthy-Renker Ventures and Estée Lauder

Guthy-Renker Ventures has announced plans to invest in Dermaflash, a skincare device maker.

Omni channel marketing company Guthy-Renker will create and manage a direct response distribution channel for Dermaflash’s exfoliating device.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Estée Lauder has formed a partnership with Perfect Corporation to offer its new Pure Colour LOVE lipstick collection on its YouCam Makeup app.

The partnership will enable app users in the UK to try 30 shades of the new lipstick collection.

Estée Lauder is a cosmetics company, while Perfect Corporation is the developer of mobile makeup application, YouCam Makeup. Both the companies are based in the US.
