M&As this week: IBKS GMB and Skin Elements

IBKS GMB Special Purpose Acquisition Company has announced plans to merge with haircare products manufacturer Sewha P&C.

IBKS GMB was formed specifically for the merger. Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in South Korea.

Skin Elements has announced plans to acquire McArthur Skincare, a manufacturer of therapeutic and cosmetic products.

The acquisition will enable natural and organic skincare products developer Skin Elements to create a complementary range of natural skin and haircare products.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in Australia.
