M&As this week: GRI Group and Acology

GRI Group has announced an acquisition of I Love Cosmetics (ILC).

GRI is a provider of chemical intermediates for personal care and household applications, while ILC is a health, beauty, and toiletry products manufacturer.

Both companies involved in the acquisition are based in the UK.

Acology has announced plans to acquire EZ Health Solutions, a producer of nutritional supplements, health foods, and beauty products.

Acology is an air and water-tight medical-grade containers manufacturer. The company intends to enter the cannabidiol (CBD) extract industry through the acquisition.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.
