Perfect365 has announced a partnership to provide its digital beauty platform for Chicstudios' make-up schools.

The partnership will enable Chicstudios to educate students about digital make-up.

Both the companies involved in the deal are based in the US. Perfect365 is a virtual make-up application that uses face detection technology to provide digital make-up looks to its users, while Chicstudios is a make-up school based in New York.

Abaki Holdings has announced the sale of its skincare brand Georgette Klinger.

Unilever has announced plans to establish a joint venture (JV) with Europe & Asia Commercial Company (EAC).

The personal and home care businesses of Unilever Myanmar will be merged with similar businesses of EAC to establish a new entity named Unilever EAC Myanmar.

The new JV will manufacture and distribute personal and home care products in Myanmar, helping both companies to achieve economies of scale.

Unilever is a consumer goods company based in the UK, whereas EAC is a detergent products manufacturer and distributor based in Myanmar.

ModiFace has formed a partnership with SoundHound, a US-based developer of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

The partnership will develop a smart mirror technology using SoundHound's voice-enabled AI technology, Houndify.

Houndify will be integrated into ModiFace's mirror software, allowing users to control the mirror using voice activation.
