M&As this week: Hudson BLVD Group, Orkla

Hudson BLVD Group (HBG) has announced the acquisition of nail art company Valley.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.

The acquisition will enable multi-brand beauty services provider HBG to expand its business.

Orkla has announced plans to acquire Riemann Holding, a specialised skincare products manufacturer based in Denmark.

Orkla is a branded consumer goods supplier based in Norway.

The acquisition will expand the company’s personal care product portfolio and generate synergies for its existing operations.
