Christophe Robin introduces new volumising paste to its haircare portfolio

Hair colourist Christophe Robin has introduced new hair cleansing volumising paste Rassoul.

Formulated using pure rassoul clay and rose extracts, the new haircare offering is claimed to provide volume from the first use. It is said to be made of 100% natural mineral clay sourced from the rassoul deposit in Atlas Mountains, Morocco.

Christophe Robin said: “I wanted to reinterpret the traditional uses of rassoul. In Morocco, haircare is considered an art de vivre, a lifestyle.

“In keeping with these time-honoured practices, I wanted to draw from the benefits of the traditional rassoul and release all its potential in an innovative formula with a unique texture.”

The new formulation contains a combination of rose water, plant extracts, and natural rassoul, which aims to provide volume at the roots and density down the length of the hair.

The paste also restores long-lasting strength and vitality to hair.

Rassoul can be used with volumising shampoo, volumising conditioner, and volumising mist.

Christophe Robin introduced the first volumising line with rose extracts for colour treated hair in 2013.
