M&As this week: Scroll Corporation, VLCC Health Care

Scroll Corporation has announced plans to acquire online cosmetic products retailer Kinari from Shiseido Company.

Scroll is an apparel, accessories, and cosmetic products retailer, while Shiseido is a cosmetics, toiletries, and beauty products manufacturer and seller.

Both companies are based in Japan.

VLCC Health Care has acquired Ayurvedic dietary supplements' manufacturer and supplier Wellscience Health.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are based in India.
