Deals this week: L Catterton, Yellow Wood Partners

L Catterton has invested $34m in cosmetics company Il Makiage.

Based in Israel, Il Makiage provides cosmetics products and professional make-up training.

The company intends to use the proceeds to enter the US market.

L Catterton is based in the US.

Yellow Wood Partners has reached an agreement to divest its entire stake in PDC Brands to CVC Capital Partners, for an undisclosed consideration.

PDC brands is a beauty and personal care products maker, while Yellow Wood is a private equity firm and CVC Capital Partners is an investment company.
