Unilever expects the acquisition to help expand its position in the consumer market.

Lumson has reached an agreement to acquire and eventually integrate Leoplast.

Leoplast is a cosmetics packaging provider. It intends to increase its lipstick packaging production capacity and expand its presence in international markets.

Lumson is a European developer, producer, and distributor of packaging products for the cosmetic, make-up, and pharmaceutical markets.
