SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals terminates partnership with beauty distributor InSkin Cosmedics

American skincare products offering company SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals has announced that it has formally terminated partnership agreement with the Australian beauty distributor, InSkin Cosmedics.

InSkin Cosmedics was serving as distributor for the SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals products in the Australian market for the past five years.

The termination was officially taken into effect from 15 August 2012, after SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals and InSkin Cosmedics failed to come to terms on an agreement for future.

SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals president and CEO Michael Wolfgeher said the firm’s presence in the Australia market is renowned and well received, and the company has commitment towards continuous growth and success.

SIRCUIT Cosmeceuticals founded in 2002, uses advanced Chiral (molecular separation) ingredient technology for its skin and hair care products, which are claimed to offer a spa feel in clinical trials.

The firm saidthat it will continue to offer the products to Australian consumers for a limited time through their US website, allowing for a smooth transition and in an effort to support the ongoing growth of their existing SIRCUIT spas and wholesalers in Australia who hold stocks on the shelves.

According to the firm, until a new Australian distributor has been established, its new Made Better professional treatments and homecare products for professionals and wholesale accounts in Australia will be directly available through their corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
