Elysée Scientific Cosmetics introduces new skin conditioning cream

According to the firm, the cream is infused with micro-encapsulated oxygen (Perfluorodecalin), Tissue Repair Factor, Specialized Structured Water, and Trace Minerals in a Hyaluronic Acid base, which aim to boost skin’s moisture levels and improve the skin’s anti aging ability.

The new cream is developed with light crème formulation that aims to optimize the skin’s own natural oxygen, helps renew the skin, improve elasticity and optimize collagen and elastin for a more youthful appearance, the firm said.

Elysée Scientific Cosmetics president Linda Marshall said globally there are many ‘oxygen’ formulas currently being marketed by cosmetic companies.

"Elysee’s Optim-OX Creme contains Perfluorodecalin, the latest oxygenating technology which delivers the benefits of pure oxygen without the use of hydrogen peroxide and chemicals that can cause cellular expansion and drying of the skin," added Marshall.

The firm said the new product offers benefits, such as restores tone and hydration, preserves the youthful look and vitality of skin, helps to combat the chronological aging look on the skin, and detoxifies, restores tone and hydrates.
