MDRejuvena expands portfolio with new skin health product

Skin health products manufacturer MDRejuvena has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new line – Rejuvaphyl.

The products under the Rejuvaphyl claim to provide multi-functional approach to dynamically rejuvenate and enhance ageing, photodamaged and stressed skin, as well as improve skin conditions such as chronic redness, oiliness and acne.

The Rejuvaphyl range includes Phytochromatic MD Complex, which is a patented, plant-derived liposomal complex of copper chlorophyllin.

During clinical studies, Phytochromatic MD Complex was found to provide several skin care benefits including anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-ageing, anti-redness and anti-microbial activity.

The copper chlorophyllin used in the complex inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase, which breaks down hyaluronic acid in the skin. The hyaluronic acid is a key component of the extracellular matrix which supports the skin.

MDRejuvena has secured exclusive license from CHL Industries for the use of Phytochromatic MD Complex in products directed to the professional, physician-dispensed market across the globe.

Some of the products in the Rejuvaphyl range have been designed into a dual dispensed system with other ingredients including peptides, retinol, skin conditioners, and humectants.

MDRejuvena has also secured exclusive rights for North America to a proprietary line of skin resurfacing products developed by pHformula.

The pHformula product line will offer skin resurfacing regimens for anti-ageing, hyperpigmentation, acne and chronic redness.
