Deals this week: Topix Pharmaceuticals Inc, Seabourn, Perfect Corp

Topix Pharmaceuticals Inc has partnered with private equity firm New Mountain Capital LLC and received funding as part of the deal.

Topix Pharmaceuticals is a New York-based leading provider of innovative therapeutic and cosmetic skin care products and owns brands including Replenix^TM, Citrix^TM, Glycolix^TM, and ReBrightalyze^TM.

London-based fragrance expert Molton Brown has created an exclusive range of fragrances named Seabourn Signature Scents, for Seabourn cruise line.

The exclusive line will be available only for the guests of the luxury cruise line and be a part of the complementary bath amenities.

The exotic fragrances will also be available for sale starting from 2017. They are the latest result of a 14-year long collaboration between Molton Brown and Seabourn.

Celebrity make-up brand, Kardashian Beauty’s new ‘Fierce’ collection will be available on the YouCam Makeup app as part of collaboration between the cosmetic brand and Perfect Corp.

Users of the YouCam Makeup app will be able to experience the newly launched products including Lip Slayer lipstick, No Apologies foundation and face kits, the new Kontour Kase for contouring, and Mirror Matte lip crayons.
