Deals this week: Capvis Equity IV LP, Perfect365, beGlammed

Capvis Equity IV has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Gotha Cosmetics from Trend International Holding.

Capvis Equity IV is a private equity fund of Switzerland-based firm Capvis Equity Partners. Trend International is a holding company based in Switzerland, while Gotha Cosmetics is a manufacturer based in Italy.

Perfect365 has announced a partnership to use Dirty Little Secret Cosmetics' cosmetics line as part of its advanced face detection technology.

The technology helps free make-up and beauty app Perfect 265's customers create and experiment with different looks. The app has more than 80 million users and the partnership will enable customers to digitally explore Dirty Little Secret Cosmetics’ line.

beGlammed has announced a partnership with Macy’s to provide in-home grooming and make-up services.

beGlammed is an on-demand hair and makeup services provider based in the US, while Macy’s is a department store chain in the US.

The partnership will launch on-demand services for busy mums, working women, and brides-to-be in 22 cities accross the country.
