Lime Crime launches two lipstick shades

US-based makeup company Lime Crime has launched two new Velvetine shades to its current liquid-to-matte lipstick line.

The new shades include Bloodmoon, which is deepest darkest red shade and Moonstone, a lavender grey shade.

Lime Crime stated that its focus is to bring innovative, high-performance formulas to  cosmetic market.

All company cosmetics are certified cruelty-free and suitable for vegans.

Lime Crime chief executive officer and founder Doe Deere said: "Just like the entire line of Velvetines Moonstone and Bloodmoon can be worn alone, but can also be paired with one or more of our other 40 Velvetines.

"The possibilities are literally endless."

The Moonstone and Bloodmoon varieties will be available in a duo for MSRP $32.

Velvetines and other lipstick shades such as Wicked, Salem, Jinx and Trouble are available on the Los Angeles-based brand's website.
