Younique launches new beauty and skincare lines

US-based cosmetic company Younique has launched beauty and skincare lines Splash Liquid Lipstick and Royalty, as well as other product extensions.

Younique started in November 2012 with four beauty and lifestyle products comprising 3D Fiber Lashes, pigment eyeshadow, boot socks, and magnetic nail polish.

Splash Liquid Lipstick is formulated with a Bio-Gel complex designed to preserve moisture with vitamins C and E. The product is available in ten shades including Fresh Orchid, True Crimson, and Daring Navy.

The lipstick's hybrid mousse texture and special precision tip applicator allow for easy application.

Younique's Royalty skincare line consists of eleven products including cleansers, serums, moisturisers (with and without  sunscreen protection), and a detoxifying mask preserve. Some of these products have retained their original formula but have been re-named, such as Royalty Rose Water Toning Spritz and Uplift Beauty Serum.

The new bamboo charcoal Royalty Detoxifying Mask makes a foam on the skin, which is designed to soak up environmental impurities and aid oxygenation.

Royalty Instant Lifting Serum claims to give firmer-looking skin two hours after use, as well as long-term benefits of minimising the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Other new products include line extensions for Splurge Cream Shadow in new matte shades and Moodstruck Precision Pencil Lip Liner in five new colours.
