Retrouvé launches e-commerce website

Skincare brand Retrouvé has launched an expanded website to provide products online through its e-commerce platform.

The focus of the site design is to offer simple navigation and better customer service. The website has a complimentary concierge service where visitors can contact a Retrouvé ambassador for information on products and customised skincare recommendations.

Celebrating the launch, the company is offering a 10% friends and family discount on all products bought in November.

Retrouvé's co-founder Jami Morse Heidegger said: "The creation of Retrouvé products is an artisanal, high-end process. The manufacturing itself is labor-intensive and thus performed in small batches; our products are not mass-produced.

"For this reason, we have kept our distribution points limited intentionally. We are pleased now to be able to expand our accessibility a bit by making our products available for purchase on our own website."

The new website will be updated on a regular basis, said the company.

Retrouvé was intially created by Jami Morse Heidegger for her personal skincare use. Currently, it is owned by Jami Morse Heidegger and her husband Klaus Heidegger.
