Following the acquisition, ghd will operate as an independent entity of Coty’s professional beauty division.

Coty is based in the US, while ghd is based in the UK.

Beauty Elite Group has announced the acquisition of FUEL Hair.

Following the acquisition, FUEL Hair will continue to distribute its products through salons, while Beauty Elite Group takes over stylist education.

Beauty Elite Group is a hair and skincare products manufacturer for salons, while FUEL Hair supplies personal care products and also provides training to professional stylists.
