Formula 1 and Designer Parfums launch five new luxury fragrances

Formula 1 championship has launched a collection of five new exclusive luxury fragrances, dubbed F1 Fragrances Engineered Collection.

Launched under F1’s new luxury fragrance collection, the new fragrances are Precious Mettle, Turn 1, Overtake 320, Neeeum White and  Carbon Reign.

These new fragrances are created in partnership with UK-based perfume company Designer Parfums.

Claimed to be the first in the fragrance industry, F1 Fragrances Engineered Collection is made using latest digital light synthesis 3D printing technology.

The new collection follows the F1 Collector’s Edition, which was launched at Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last year.

Formula 1 Marketing and Communications director Ellie Norman said: “We are very excited to be unveiling the second instalment in our exclusive fragrance collection with Designer Parfums.

“Following the successful launch in Abu Dhabi last year we are thrilled to see the collection become available in Europe and engage with our fans through the important touch point of smell. The unique and daring fragrance collection embodies the sport and has been crafted to take fans on an F1 journey.”

All five fragrances, launched in a 75 ml metallised flask with the 3D printed exoskeleton, are priced at $250.

The technopolymeric resin-based exoskeleton, which houses the aerodynamic fragrance bottles, has been designed by Ross Lovegrove. It is said to be inspired by the lines of the chassis of a Formula 1 car.
