The skincare personalisation platform Make It My Experience (MIME) launched its new foundation shade finder to help customers during the Covid-19 outbreak.

The next generation in artificial intelligence (AI) technology is capable of turning selfies into perfect foundation matches and removes the need for in-store trials while preventing unsanitary sampling.

The tool allows users to try out foundation without trying on samples. Customers can also take a photo of their face. The shade finder will then provide them with the best shades for their unique skin tone.

Coty partnered with German beauty retailer Douglas Group to introduce Kylie Jenner’s new skincare line Kylie Skin in Europe.

Launched in May 2019, Kylie Skin is believed to have quickly become a top-selling skincare brand in the US, Coty said.
